1. 'APTITUDE TEST' was organized by MESA on 14th Aug, 2010. There was a huge response from student.
2. Guest lecture was organized on the topic “IMPORTANCE OF APTITUDE TEST” by Mr. Amit Ladda on 28th aug 2010.
3. MESA organized the Teacher's Day Celebration was celebrated on Sunday, September 05, 2010. All students of mechanical department actively participated and enjoyed the inspirational speeches by the professors.
'TREE PLANTATION' was organized on occasion of Teacher’s Day. Respected Principal Dr. Rakesh Mowar, Head of Department Dr. N. V. Halegowda and all staff members of mechanical engg. Dept. planted in an initiative to increase the green cover and stimulate awareness of the environment.
4. 'ENGINEER's DAY' was celebrated on 15th Sept, 2010
5. SHORT TERM TRAINING PROGRAM (STTP)
Department organized one week STTP
On 'Advances In Tribology' during 25th Oct to 29th Oct
2010. The renowned faculty delivered lectures on the various topics related to
Tribology. Total 39 faculties from different colleges participated in the

TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION
was
celebrated on Friday, September 05, 2008. Dr. N. V. Halegowda,
HOD, Mechanical branch, was chief guest of the event. All
students of mechanical department actively participated and
enjoyed the inspirational speeches by the professors.
7. FRESHER PARTY
..was
organized on Friday, September 05, 2008 to welcome the freshers
of first year student and second year direct students. Students
were selected as Mr. and Miss fresher respectively in personality
contest. Prof. P. N. Ulhe, Prof. M. V. Rawlani and Prof. S.
M. Sarang were the judges of the contest.
8. GUEST LECTURE
a guest
lecture was organized on the topic " TIME MANAGEMENT
AND SELF CONFIDENCE " by Mrs. Raji Nair on 28th Feb.
2008. All the students of mechanical Engg. Branch ware present
in the lecture and got to know a lot about time management.
9. GUEST LECTURE
. a guest
lecture was organized on "COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL
(CNC) on 21st March and 28th March 2009 by Er. Sanyeshi and
Er. Chopade from Bosch ltd. the lecture has benefited all
the student of Mechanical department.
10. BEST SPORTS WINNING
Mechanical department students added another feather to its
cap by finishing up winner in cricket and basketball and ware
runner up in volley ball.
11. PRIZE WINNER PROJECT
..the third
year Mechanical Engg. Students Mr. Yeshwant Patil, Tushar
Patil, Dinesh Ambekar, Rajesh Chaudhari, Giresh Sonawane,
and Ganesh Patil guided by Prof. M. S. Murthy has won 2nd
prize and Rs. 15000/- an karmveer Expo- 09 held at K.K.Wagh
Nashik.
The project undertaken was economic solar water heater; it
is manufactured by concrete & copper tubes, it is a low
cost solar water heater of Rs. 2500, which can provide hot
water up to 650C, a better alternative to costly solar water
heaters available in the market.
