Microbiology |
This lab is well equipped
to provide hands on training on pure culture techniques,
analysis of Water and Soil sample, antimicrobial activity
etc. Major equipments in this lab are Lyophilizer (Freeze
Dryer), Rotary Flask Shaker, Vacuum Oven, Double Distilled
Water Plant, Horizontal Laminar Flow etc. |

Biochemistry |
This lab is well equipped
to provide hands on training on analysis of amino acids,
Carbohydrates, proteins, Vitamins, Lipids, determination
of enzyme activity etc. Major equipments in this lab are
Balance[Electronic]
pH meter, Hot Air Oven, Electrophoresis (Horizontal &
Vertical ), TLC Viewing chamber, High Speed Table Top
Research Centrifuge etc |

Immunology |
This lab is well equipped
to provide hands on training to students in the field
of immunology like antigen - antibody interaction, radial
immunodiffusion, immuno electrophoresis, blood group testing,
pregnancy test, ELISA etc . |

Molecular
Biology and Genetic Engineering |
This lab is
well equipped to provide hands on training on genetic
Engineering experiments like isolation and analysis of
DNA, RNA, Plasmids from biological sources, DNA finger
printing, rDNA preparation etc Major equipments in this
lab are Balance[Electronic]
pH meter, Deep Freezer, Microcentrifuge, Electrophoresis
(Horizontal & Vertical ) etc. |

Computer, Bioinformatics
and Bioprocess Modelling & Simulation Lab |
Lab is used to conduct
practical on C Language , Bioinformatics and Bioprocess

Fermentation Biotechnology
and Bioprocess Engineering Lab |
This lab is well equipped
to provide training on fermentation technology like production
of bioproducts like antibiotics, enzymes, organic solvents
etc and also to study various biological and physiological
aspects of microbial culture during fermentation. Major
equipments like Fermenter, Autoclave, Bacteriological
incubator, centrifuge, Rotary flask shaker etc. |
Aspen HYSYS: Aspen HYSYS is a
software used for modeling and simulation of Chemical Processes
and Bioprocess and for designing of various industrial processes.
AspenHYSYS is a process of SIMULATION using a model to study
the system behaviour at a series of conditions.
Aspen HYSYS consists of different module like Batch+, HTFS+,
Hx-net, ICARCUS (cost estimation), ZyQad (process and instrumentation),
ASW and as per various industries.
